Every Beaded Affair piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind. Please read our return terms below before you buy - and if something arrives not quite right, we're here to help.
Because our earrings are handmade, one-of-a-kind, and worn against the skin, they are sold as final sale. This means we cannot offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind on earrings. Please choose carefully and feel free to ask us any questions before ordering.
Your rights are different - and protected - if something is wrong with your order. If your item arrives damaged or broken, is faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us and we'll make it right.

We'll review it and, depending on the situation, offer a repair, a replacement where possible, or a refund. As our pieces are one-of-a-kind, an identical replacement may not always be available - in that case we'll agree the best option with you.
This policy does not take away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. "Final sale" applies to change of mind only - it never limits your rights in respect of items that are damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.
Where a refund is agreed, we'll process it by EFT back to the account you paid from, as soon as possible after we've confirmed the details with you.
