These terms apply when you browse or buy from Beaded Affair. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
Beaded Affair is a small independent business in South Africa, trading as "Beaded Affair". You can reach us at beaded.affair2026@gmail.com.
Every piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind. Because of this, most items are available in a quantity of one only, and small natural variations in colour, shape and texture are part of their charm. We do our best to show each piece accurately, but screens can display colours differently.
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). Beaded Affair is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will send a confirmation once your order is received. We may decline or cancel an order - for example, if an item has already sold, or in the case of an obvious pricing error - and if you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
We accept payment by electronic funds transfer (EFT). After placing your order, you will receive our banking details. Please use your order number as the payment reference. Your order is only confirmed and prepared once payment reflects in our account. Orders that remain unpaid may be cancelled and the stock released.
Because our pieces are one-of-a-kind, an item may sell out quickly. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after you have paid, we will contact you and refund you in full.
We deliver using the courier option you select at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct, as we cannot be responsible for items delayed or lost due to incorrect details. Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered.

All images, designs, text and branding on this site belong to Beaded Affair and may not be copied or used without our permission.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the value of the item you purchased.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any dispute will be dealt with under South African law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be shown on this page.
